Service Reminder Calling

The Profit Sense Service Programme is tailored to the requirements of the Dealership with the intent of making service bookings and providing customer feedback. We implement a weekly / monthly process that ensures every customer is called, service bookings are secured, and contact details are updated.

After Service Calling

Service follow up calls identify any outstanding issues the customer may have after their recent service. Telephone Account Managers discuss customer satisfaction and the Manufacturers Survey they will receive.


Profit Sense call campaigns on behalf of clients to a targeted customer base, following up on EDMs, Launch / Event Invites and current promotions, including market surveys.
